Skincare
This page gives you a list of the best skincare products backed by science. I get complimented regularly on my skin without wearing foundation or heavy makeup. Most people I meet, assume I’m in my 20s, when in fact – I’m approaching my 40s. The links for each item will take you directly to the item.
Keep in mind that each person is unique and has their own skin type. I have very sensitive, dry skin. The key is cleanliness, nutrition, and hydration, even for oily skin. Hydration also prevents wrinkles and keeps skin supple. When the skin is too dry, wrinkles can form easily, and if you try to dry out oily skin, it can secrete even more oil to compensate for the dryness.
All skin types should be moisturized and properly cared for. However, sleep is also important for the entire body and all its organs, including your largest organ – your skin. Reach out to me on InstaGram or send me an email if you have any questions or if you want to be friends! Below are items that I use regularly.
