Cashew Bliss Smoothie

You’ll need a high-speed, quality blender. I prefer only organic ingredients. In your blender, add the following:

 

     

      •  1/3 cup pomegranate juice (bottled or fresh)

      • 110 g strawberries (about 3 large strawberries)

      • 70 g blueberries (about 1/2 cup)

      • 75 g cashews (about 1/2 cups)

      • 1/4 cup spring water or cashew milk or macadamia milk  – if you prefer to make this a smoothie instead of a pudding, add 1 cup water

      • Blend until you get a smooth, about 30 seconds

      • Pour into a mug, bowl, or glass.  Leave in fridge for 30 minutes to thicken if you chose to make the pudding, or enjoy now if you chose to make a smoothie.
