In today’s fast-paced and technology-driven world, books may seem. thing of the past, but they are often overlooked because of digital books now days. Yet, the timeless wisdom and knowledge found within pages of books have an unbeatable ability to shape our lives, improve brain health, and elevate us to be our best selves. You can enhance your intellectual capacities through reading more books. Science has shown that reading physical books helps to improve personal growth and bring a sense of peace within. 

 

Books have an extraordinary way of teleporting us into different worlds, eras, lives, perspectives, and enhance imagination. It’s so wonderful to get lost inside of a story from a physical book, to bury our faces inside of a book and allow our minds to transform. By challenging biases, books can open our minds to become more compassionate and give us vital qualities for personal growth. 

 

Reading is a MENTAL WORKOUT. We exercise our bodies, but overtime, your brain can deteriorate too. It’s so important to keep reading new books, and inspiring, self-improving, and mentally stimulating books. The mental stimulation enhances our cognitive abilities, strengthens our attention span, improves focus, and expands intellectual capacity. This can then allow us to approach challenges in life with creative solutions. 

 

With so much technology today, we forget what it feels like to hold a physical book in our hands, to flip the pages, and use physical bookmarks. Did you ever collect bookmarks as a kid? There’s something nostalgic about having a collection of books we can read and give as a gift to a friend or loved one, sharing the knowledge or beautiful story.
