6-Week Plan (1 and 1/2 months):

In-person training – It’s beautiful to exercise in nature, with fresh air and open space. I train in the Indianapolis, IN area at local parks, tracks, etc. I’m currently working on opening my own gym as I just moved here from California. If you have access to a complex gym or your own at-home gym, we can use that too. I provide the equipment. Some of the parks I like are around Broad Ripple, Holliday Park, Eagle Creek Park, or anywhere near Carmel or Westfield.

 

Online training is done via Zoom or Skype. FaceTime can be used too, but it’s recommended to use a laptop or desktop computer to view my fitness training demonstrations properly, instead of a small phone screen. I instruct you and guide you virtually. We train together for 45 minutes to 1 hour online. You don’t have to live in Indianapolis, IN near me to train with me. That’s the beauty of the internet! The good thing about this option is that you don’t have to drive anywhere, all you have to do is turn your computer, laptop, or phone on. 

 

For online or in-person training, a liability waiver must be signed.  Once you reach out to me and choose a training package, I send the liability waiver to you to sign and return to me via email. Body fat testing is available for in-person training. Before and after photos are recommended but not required.

 

Nutrition is 70% of ANY fitness goal. Being consistent is key to long-term success. I’m here to teach you everything you need to know, guide, and motivate you – but it’s up to you to do the work and to do your best. It’s up to you to show up. I believe in you.
