The most important thing to me is helping others become healthier and happier. I have a strict routine that changes only when there are updates in scientific research. Health is our greatest wealth, and without it, we literally cannot do anything else. Therefore, it should always be the number one priority.

 

When I am feeling my best, I can do more and help more people. Just imagine if we were all working towards feeling our best. We could help each other and daily life on earth could be more enjoyable and efficient.

Get started with strengthening your core by practicing Plank Challenge #1 a few times a week, for 4 weeks. Then move on to Plank Challenge #2. Stabilization is the first phase of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) OPT model for fitness training. Stabilizer muscles are very important to equalize and strengthen before moving on to the official Strength/Hypertrophy Phase, and Power Phase.
